Timmer at the Intec for the first time
At Intec, Timmer is presenting two compact and powerful vacuum tube lifters, the lightLift and the quickLift.
With the lightLift, heavy goods such as cardboard boxes or bagged goods can be safely lifted and lowered using two-hand operation. The quickLift has a one-hand operation that was developed for typical pick & place handling and achieves high cycle rates. Both tube lifters are suitable for weights of up to 50 kg and can be individually adjusted.
In addition to the ergonomic vacuum tube lifters, Timmer will be exhibiting its double diaphragm pumps from the timPro and timChem product series. The pneumatic pumps save compressed air costs and increase process reliability thanks to their optimized geometries. Applications for the double diaphragm pumps include ink supply in the printing and painting industries as well as in the chemical and food industries.
The operating unit of the lightLift has a variable handle that is available in different sizes. The quick-change system enables the suction cups to be exchanged quickly for different lifting goods if required. Timmer presents the quickLift with a built-in 90° swivel joint. This enables the lateral suction of lifting goods and simplifies logistical work processes. Also integrated into the system is the 360° turntable, which enables optimum positioning of the lifting goods. The smooth-running aluminum rail system can be individually configured. Another special feature is the extensive range of accessories. Interchangeable elements make the quickLift suitable for handling different lifting goods.
