The focus is on the three series quickLift (one-hand operation, up to 50 kg), lightLift (two-hand operation, up to 50 kg) and heavyLift (two-hand operation, up to 270 kg). The tube lifters are characterized in particular by their ergonomically optimized design and low operating noise level.

"Our innovative vacuum lifting technology not only ensures better working conditions, but also increases the efficiency of companies in the long term," says Timo Determann, product specialist at Timmer. The company's solutions are primarily back-friendly lifting aids for employees and therefore an important part of occupational safety in companies. Timmer will now be presenting its new tim Lift product family on a total of three days at Fachpack 2021.

Modern vacuum tube lifters

Timmer's ergonomically optimized tube lifters quickLift, lightLift and heavyLift are the highlight of the trade fair presentation. They help to reduce absences due to illness and therefore also play a decisive role in employee recruitment and retention. The new tim Lift product family includes powerful tube lifters that are not only convenient and easy to operate, but also reduce noise emissions by up to 30 percent. The extensive range of accessories enables users to configure an operating unit that is optimized for the packaging sector.

Customized special solutions

In addition, Timmer offers customer-specific special solutions in vacuum lifting technology, such as rotating pallet lifters or systems for particularly heavy loads weighing more than five tons. This area will also be presented at the trade fair. Determann emphasizes the company's high level of flexibility and solution expertise: "Our entire product range of vacuum lifting technology has been significantly strengthened and expanded by the realignment, so that specific solutions can be implemented in an even more targeted manner."
