The threaded lifting pins have self-locking thread segments at the lower end of the high-strength pin, which are adapted to the respective thread sizes. Instead of the shackle, which is intended for the crane hook, a blue anodized aluminium handle is fitted for manual operation. To loosen the threaded segments, simply press the orange anodized aluminium button in the handle. The bolt is then inserted into the existing threaded hole. When the button is released, the segments snap into the thread of the component to be supported.

For a secure and tight fit in the hole, the support element needs about half a turn at the end. To loosen it, the user then has to unscrew it a little and press the push button. The threaded lifting pins with handle and an approved load capacity of 500 N are available in thread sizes M8, M10 and M12 with functional lengths of 12 mm, 14 mm and 17 mm.
