E-commerce seal of approval

Secure shopping in the Schmalz online store

Schmalz receives the e-commerce seal of approval from Trusted Shops for its online store. With this award, the Cologne-based certification company recognizes, among other things, the excellent customer service, the simple ordering process and the high standards of data protection.

The seal of approval shows shoppers at a glance which online stores they can buy from safely and rely on good service. Other criteria include transparency with regard to order costs and delivery times, extended buyer protection and fast response times to customer inquiries. In the evaluation of the online store, Schmalz achieved the grade "very good" - with the highest possible score for all quality criteria. "The feedback from our customers about the online store has been consistently positive so far," says Hendrik Bittenbinder, Head of Marketing Communication and E-Commerce at Schmalz.

6,000 vacuum technology articles

In the Schmalz online store, users can access around 6,000 vacuum technology articles with just a few clicks. The store not only displays availability, prices and order history, but also offers real added value: for example, design engineers can directly access CAD data for the products. Anyone ordering via the store also receives a five percent discount on numerous products. Vacuum components are shipped free of charge for orders over 100 euros. If an order for goods in stock is received by 4 p.m., the package will leave the company on the same day. The online store is also displayed well on smartphones and tablets: If a customer needs a spare part, they can conveniently order it using a mobile device - directly on site at the system or on the vacuum gripper system. as
