Schmalz: New subsidiary in Austria
Schmalz founds another subsidiary in Austria. The branch is based in Linz.
The Austrian team is now advising customers from the region on all topics relating to automation with vacuum, vacuum technology for robots and ergonomic handling as well as crane systems for vacuum lifting devices. "For us, the establishment in Austria is a further step in the implementation of our global growth strategy," explains Dr. Hinrich Dohrmann, Managing Director of Schmalz.
The vacuum experts chose the location carefully: Upper Austria, with the state capital Linz, is one of the most dynamic economic regions in Austria. In addition to logistics, wood and metal, important target sectors for Schmalz include robotics and automation. Target customers include both industry and trade. Schmalz therefore rates the potential for vacuum technology very highly. as
