Company takeovers
RK Rose+Krieger makes a purchase
On January 1, RK Rose+Krieger took over the two companies APT Automation & Produktionstechnik and LHT Linear- und Handhabungstechnik and merged them to form RK Antriebs- und Handhabungstechnik GmbH (RK-AHT).
RK-AHT will act as a northern German commercial agency for RK products and at the same time offer sophisticated system solutions in the fields of automation and production technology for customers in northern Germany and worldwide.
"By taking over APT, with its experienced specialists in robotics, process engineering and hardware and software development, we are gaining new expertise in the areas of control technology, electrics and software," explains Hartmut Hoffmann, who acts as Managing Director of both companies, RK Rose+Krieger and RK-AHT. He will be supported in the management of the new company by Malte Stahnke, former Managing Director of APT, as Technical Director, Erhard Peters, former Managing Director of LHT, who will take over sales management, and the Commercial Director of RK Rose+Krieger, Franz Hadrian, who will also be responsible for this department in the new company. dsc
