With the eacy step feed, the new Deprag step feeding system, screws can be fed efficiently and intelligently. The complete system consisting of storage container, conveyor mechanism, linear section, separator, housing and control unit - specially designed for long screws - is designed to offer trouble-free and safe operation thanks to 24-volt technology. The feed material is conveyed step-by-step from the storage container towards the feed rail via linearly moving conveyor plates.
The conveyor plates are driven by a brushless electric motor, which is controlled by the smart and energy-saving eacy feed controller PFC100. This allows the conveyor speed to be controlled directly. as
