With a servo-pneumatic balancer, employees in assembly and logistics can lift and move heavy masses with just two fingers. At the heart of the balancer is the powerful and safe YHBP drive solution from Festo - with automatic weight detection and safety up to performance level d suitable for the automotive and packaging industries.
The system automatically detects the weight of the load and adjusts the balancing force accordingly. It even does this when masses are added or removed while suspended. Intuitive control via a pneumatic, ergonomic handle makes operation child's play. The pre-assembled servo-pneumatic drive solution consists of a pneumatic standard cylinder, a position measuring system, a balancer valve unit, a pneumatic handle and a balancer controller to control the balancer. Balancer software with browser-based web visualization is pre-installed on the controller for commissioning and diagnostics. A sensor interface and a safety switching device as a speed monitor are optionally included in the set for safety applications. as
