E300R further developed
Upgrade for the mobile lift
Hovmand has further developed its mobile battery-powered lifting aid. The E300R is specially designed for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries and their hygiene requirements. A new standard feature is the electropolished surface for greater sterility and easy cleaning.
The world's leading manufacturer of mobile battery-powered lifts is presenting a further development of its E300R at Logimat. This is the extra-powerful lift from the Danish family-owned company: with a load capacity of up to 300 kilograms, it enables the gripping, lifting, turning and tilting of drums, rolls, crates and other raw material containers up to a height of three meters. Since the upgrade, the E300R from Hovmand has been equipped with electropolished surfaces as standard, which improves sterility and significantly reduces the time required for cleaning. The stainless steel lifting aid is therefore better protected against dust or germs even in the standard configuration and has protection class IP 65 (without batteries: IP 66) - suitable for category C and D cleanrooms.
"The focus of the upgrade is clearly on user-friendliness, not only during daily work, but also during cleaning," says Managing Director Søren Hovmand. "Thanks to the continuous technical development of our lifting aids, we can respond to ever-increasing demands in production and at the same time increase comfort during use."
Another innovation concerns the lift's batteries. In future, these will be removable to make the cleaning process even easier. Two batteries and a charging station are included in the scope of delivery. The E300R is also supplied with ESD-capable wheels as standard, which protect the user and sensitive goods being transported from electrostatic discharge. The range of manual or electric hoists for the E300R remains unchanged. These are also made of stainless steel and enable a wide range of different applications. as
