Grippers for intralogistics
At Logimat, Schmalz will be presenting vacuum solutions for goods handling such as the flexible vacuum tube lifter Jumboflex.
In combination with a new gripper for small load carriers (SLC), it facilitates the lifting and moving of R- and C-SLCs. The Jumboflex picker will be there for the first time. Equipped with a battery, control technology and vacuum generation, the mobile tube lifter can be transported with an order picker to the location where an ergonomic handling solution for loads weighing up to 40 kg is required.
Automated parts handling is demonstrated by two cobots. New is the ZLW lightweight vacuum layer gripping system for use on lightweight robots. Finally, the Match end-of-arm ecosystem combines a camera-supported handling solution for gripping into the crate.
