Flexible wash basket system
Parts cleaning from the modular system
LK Mechanik has introduced a new generation of a flexible modular washing basket system. It is suitable for use in systems for parts cleaning with aqueous media and solvents.
For most manufacturers and suppliers, technical cleanliness has long since become a key competitive factor. As a result, regular investment in the optimization of cleaning processes is now a normal part of everyday operations for many companies. For many quality assurance managers and production managers, achieving the best cleaning results is on the agenda as well as implementing lean and efficient processes. The use of adaptable workpiece containers and washing baskets is of crucial importance here.
In cooperation with renowned cleaning system manufacturers, LK Mechanik is therefore constantly developing innovative system solutions for the automated parts cleaning of small and medium-sized components that are designed for maximum variability and high process efficiency. One current example is the latest generation of a highly flexible and user-friendly modular washing basket system for use in parts cleaning systems with aqueous media and solvents.
Space-optimized container system
This modular wash basket system is a space-optimized and versatile complete solution made of electropolished stainless steel (1.4301). It basically consists of two main components: the frame and the wash baskets. The frame racks - also known as containers - are available in different versions, which can be fitted with several wash baskets from the front or from above.
LK Mechanik manufactures the washing baskets in various sizes, so that an individually and customer-specific number of baskets can be inserted into a container. Thanks to an additional locking mechanism, the baskets are firmly anchored in the frame and are therefore also suitable for swivel movements during automated cleaning. They are very easy to remove individually from the rack.
With this wash basket system, the user can clean various workpieces of very different dimensions in a single wash cycle. Among other things, it is therefore a suitable solution for cleaning small parts that are manufactured in large series - for example, circuit boards or C-parts in electronics, electrical engineering, precision engineering, metalworking and medical technology. Thousands of parts of different sizes and geometries can be sorted but processed together in a single pass with the wash basket system.
LK Mechanik's standard wash basket system includes container sizes of 370 x 220 x 200 millimetres, 471 x 320 x 200 millimetres and 530 x 320 x 200 millimetres as well as four basic types of wash baskets with two different heights and a secure snap-on lid. as
