Finger gripper

Suitable all-rounder

Gimatic presents the electric two-jaw parallel gripper MPRJ, which is self-centering and can clamp the load from the outside and inside. The finger grippers can be moved to adjust the respective position.

The load is held in place by the force of the built-in spring. The gripper retains 100 percent of the load even in the event of a power failure or when the motor is switched off. The maximum total clamping force of the MPRJ is 24 newtons and the maximum stroke is 53 millimetres. With the SBM modular sensor box, Gimatic is launching a system onto the market that has been specially developed for use with robot gripper systems.

The modular design allows additional sensors to be installed and the desired logic and/or triggers to be set. This eliminates the need for open inputs in the original electrical design. With dimensions of 34 x 36 x 10 millimetres per module, the sensor box is compact and can be easily configured manually via triggers. as
