Robotiq is expanding its product portfolio with Hand-E. The new 2-finger gripper simplifies the use of collaborative robots in industrial environments and is particularly suitable for precision assembly, machine operation or pick-and-place tasks.

"Hand-E is the result of Robotiq's 10 years of experience with grippers for collaborative robots," explains Jean-Philippe Jobin, CTO and co-founder of Robotiq. "We wanted to create a product that would meet the needs of any manufacturer and enable them to start production faster. Hand-E comes with a 3-fingertip kit so that automation engineers can easily customize the gripper for their applications. Its compact and ergonomic shape makes collaborative robotic hand guidance safe and easy."

Hand-E completes Robotiq's range of adaptive grippers. Like the 2F-85 and the 2F-140, Hand-E works with intuitive programming software that allows the position, force and speed of the gripper to be precisely controlled. Thanks to its compatibility with Robotiq's wrist camera and FT 300 force/torque sensor, the new flexible gripper also opens up many other industrial applications. as
