100 years of Heinrich Kipp

From the spaetzle machine to Industry 4.0

Heinrich Kipp is celebrating its anniversary this year. 100 years ago, company founder Christian Kipp developed his first own products: Spaetzle machines. Today, Kipp is a leading manufacturer of standard elements and operating parts.

The Kipp range comprises more than 42,000 products that are available from stock. These include product lines such as Nature grip. The environmentally friendly grips are made of biopolymer plastic from renewable raw materials. The Feature grip product line, on the other hand, takes account of advancing digitalization: integrated electromechanical and sensory elements provide reliable feedback on certain parameters by means of visual signals. This ensures process reliability, which is becoming increasingly important in mechanical engineering.

However, digitalization does not only affect product development. The topic is of central importance for processes and services in all areas of the company. Kipp will launch a new web store platform in 2019. Further expansion into new markets is also planned for the future. The company's presence abroad will not only ensure that customers have access to the entire product range, but also that orders can be processed quickly. as
