Laser markers from Bluhm Systeme

"Laser production solutions in the sense of Industry 4.0" is one of the core themes of the Lasys international trade fair for laser material processing in Stuttgart. The laser markers from the marking provider Bluhm Systeme are capable of communication and can be integrated into fully automated production.

Suitable for a wide range of requirements

The systems mark a wide variety of materials such as glass, ceramic, rubber, plastic, paper or metal precisely and quickly with plain text, codes, logos or images. Computer-aided, the marking data can be quickly adapted and individualized. Products can be marked both when stationary and in motion. As laser marking is permanent and tamper-proof, it also guarantees traceability.

At the trade fair, Bluhm will be showcasing the e-SolarMark plus FL2 fiber laser, which is ideal for marking metal in automated systems. The e-SolarMark HDCO2 laser, on the other hand, is characterized by the fact that it can mark at high speeds of up to 300 m per minute. It also has an IP65 degree of protection and codes individual data cleanly and precisely, even under the toughest operating conditions. Its compact laser tube can also be integrated into difficult production environments.

Fast labeling with high ease of use

In addition to various entry-level models (eMark and eMark ECO), the e-SolarMark plus will also be on display. It is particularly compact and can be installed in almost any position. A 15-inch color display provides a high level of operating convenience. It is available with either air (IP 52) or water cooling (IP 54). The laser is at the heart of the new food laser, which will also be on display. The food laser labels fruit, vegetables and other foods using the so-called natural branding process.

Bluhm also offers customized workstations for the manual laser marking of individual parts and small batches. The stand-alone Laserstation Pro solution presented at Lasys can be combined with all Bluhm lasers and enables the marking of larger components in accordance with protection class 4 even when the protective housing is open. am
