Dematic establishes new global headquarters

Dematic is building a new 40,000 square meter global headquarters in Atlanta. Around 230 additional jobs will be created and the US site will support the branches in 27 countries with a total of 7,000 employees.

"With our new headquarters in Atlanta, we are creating the conditions to strengthen our position as a leading provider of integrated automation technology, software and services for optimizing the supply chain," says Hasan Dandashly, President & CEO of Dematic. For its innovative solutions, the intralogistics specialist combines developments from the fields of software, robotics and mechatronics.

The building is located in the Coda complex, which is home to numerous technology companies from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) network. This is the ideal location for Dematic to pool its expertise with other industrial companies and scientific institutions. "In order to further develop our innovative products, the exchange with technology companies is invaluable," says Dandashly. Dematic has therefore been a member of Georgia Tech's Supply Chain Innovation Network for many years.

Dematic is currently represented in Atlanta with more than 100 employees at several locations, including Peachtree Corners and Griffin. The new building will now centralize resources and expand the local presence. "The global company headquarters is therefore also an essential part of our international growth strategy," says Dandashly. as
