Simple path to robotics for high-bay warehouses
Specializing in the conversion of standard forklift trucks into automated robots, Balyo presents its long reach narrow aisle robot Reachy along with tools designed to simplify the transition from manual to autonomous material handling while creating up to 30% more space in warehouse operations.
The slim, infrastructure-free push mast robot can pick up pallets weighing up to 1600 kg at a height of 12 m. It can also perform a 360° turn in just 2.9 m. The vehicle is equipped for fully autonomous movement, using lidar and a SLAM algorithm, as well as additional 3D cameras and sensors that recognize virtually any type of pallet in use.
