Working in the smallest of spaces

The lubrication- and maintenance-free drylin E room portal from Igus is said to be suitable for a wide range of applications, whether in medical technology with high safety requirements, for tasks in microelectronics or for pick & place tasks for very small series.

Portal with NEMA17/23 stepper motors and encoder

The portal is supplied ready for connection with NEMA17/23 stepper motors and encoder.

According to the manufacturer, the small complete solution can carry loads of up to 2.5 kilograms at maximum speeds of up to 0.5 meters per second in a small working space of 400 x 400 x 100 millimeters. Two toothed belt axes and one rack and pinion axis ensure precise guidance and lubrication-free running thanks to plastic sliding elements. The gantry is supplied ready for connection with NEMA17/23 stepper motors and encoders. sw
