Flexible coloring for injection molding
Injection molding can be used to flexibly produce workpieces of different sizes, geometries or colors. If colors are to vary, it is more economical to add liquid color to the molten granulate stream. High-precision dosing is required to ensure that this remains constant. The drives used in the dosing pump must provide cogging-free synchronization and a high torque.
