Third generation: Friedrich Faigle is the new CEO

Change in the management of the family business Faigle: After 40 years of management by Wolfgang Faigle, his son Friedrich is now taking over as the representative of the third generation.

The Faigle Group, headquartered in Vorarlberg and with a total of four locations in Austria, Switzerland and China, is a provider of technical plastic solutions and heavy-duty components for industry. On January 1, 2024, a generational change took place in the Group that had been in the pipeline for years: Friedrich Faigle is the new Group CEO, taking over the responsibilities of his father Wolfgang Faigle. He will remain involved in the strategic direction of the company in the coming years via the Supervisory Board. "I am delighted that Friedrich is taking over from me and will lead our family business in the future. Together, we have already achieved a great deal in recent years - this will allow us to continue on our path as an innovative family business and ensure continuity for our customers and partners," explains Wolfgang Faigle.

Friedrich Faigle, who most recently held the position of Group COO, has been responsible for various specialist and management functions over the past ten years. Prior to this, he gained international experience in consulting and industrial companies. He completed his business studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the London School of Economics.

As of January 1, 2024, the management will be composed as follows: Friedrich Faigle (CEO) and Roland Bartenbach (CFO), the management level will be supplemented by the site managing directors Marco Blum and Mario Maier.
