Company seminar: Introduction of store floor management
Pull Beratung is expanding its training program and is now offering a two-day seminar on "Shopfloor Management" with a focus on implementation planning.
Store floor management aims in particular to achieve a sustainable increase in productivity, which ultimately also means producing more with fewer costs. The potential for improvement is highest at the point of value creation, but the success of the introduction depends largely on whether management succeeds in motivating and inspiring employees for the change process.
Accordingly, the "Shopfloor Management" seminar teaches the basics as a bridge between the production and management systems and as a platform for the change process, according to the organizer. Participants will learn methods and tools for shaping the change process and integrating the continuous improvement process (CIP) into everyday operations. One focus will be on implementation planning, including concrete recommendations for the introduction of store floor management in your own company. Best-practice examples and business games combine theoretical knowledge with practice.
The seminar is aimed at managers, foremen and team leaders from the areas of production, maintenance, quality assurance and logistics. The seminar takes place at the Technology Center Production and Logistics Systems (TZ PULS) in Dingolfing. as
