Ecoclean starts series production of...

Producing green hydrogen on site as needed

Green hydrogen is a key element for industry, mobility, electricity and heat supply in order to achieve climate targets and implement the energy transition. Efficient electrolysers are required for the cost-effective, decentralized production of this climate-neutral gas. One such solution is Ecolyzer, a modular system for alkaline pressure electrolysis, for which Ecoclean has recently started series production.

Electromobility: A second life for electric motors

More and more electric cars are being sold, and the number of electric motors produced is increasing accordingly. At the end of their useful life, these are shredded and then recycled. Individual components and assemblies can no longer be reused. Sustainable value retention strategies to refurbish and recycle electric motors in line with a modern circular economy are still lacking.

Ultra-low power OLED microdisplays

Ready for transfer to industry

The Fraunhofer FEP develops OLED microdisplays and sensors based on OLED-on-silicon technology and has been able to offer evaluation kits for testing and development purposes. Now the scientists at the institute have optimized the component designs and manufacturing processes for their ultra-low-power OLED microdisplays, which are particularly relevant in wearables, so that comparable conditions can be verified in industrial manufacturing environments.
