Dr. Alexander Rozmán is the new CEO of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies
Effective July 1, 2026, Dr. Alexander Rozmán assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. He succeeds Dr. Matthias Sckuhr, who is moving to the Management Board of the Freudenberg Group, where he will be responsible for the newly created Engineering, Data, and Artificial Intelligence division.
With Dr. Rozmán, an internationally experienced manager who knows the Freudenberg Group from various perspectives is taking the helm of the company. Most recently, he served as CEO of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies. There, he was responsible for the company’s strategic development and played a key role in driving its transformation and international expansion.
Previously, Rozmán served on the Management Board of Freudenberg Performance Materials, where his responsibilities included strategy, strategic marketing, and integration processes. He also headed global sales for Freudenberg’s Vibracoustic business group.
Rozmán is also very familiar with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies: From 2015 to 2020, he headed the Industrial Services division and thus has in-depth knowledge of the business and its markets.

With this change in executive leadership, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is committed to maintaining continuity in its strategic direction and further strengthening its international market position. This commitment is also supported by the other members of the leadership team: Kerstin Borrs, Chief Financial Officer, and Gary VanWambeke, Chief Technology Officer.
