"I will bring my accumulated experience to Arburg Poland and, together with the great team there, do my best to maintain our leading position in the market and become even more successful in the future," explains Artur Metzler. "From standard machines such as the new and very successful Allrounder Trend to complex production cells including automation and digital networking, we offer a broad portfolio and comprehensive expertise. Our team supports small contract injection molding companies as well as large global players. We are there - for all our customers."

Metzler has spent his entire professional career at Arburg. After training as an industrial clerk at the company's headquarters in Lossburg in 2005, he held various positions in service and sales. He also spent two years abroad in Eastern Europe and studied business administration alongside his job. Since June 2022, he has managed the Central and Eastern Europe sales group, building up extensive market knowledge in the process. In Poland, he is supported by a team of 27, most of whom are long-standing and experienced employees.

Arburg has had its own subsidiary in Poland since 1992 and has continuously expanded its market position there. The company offers complete solutions for various industries and applications. The new electric Allrounder Trend, which enables a quick and cost-effective entry into the production of standard injection molded parts, is currently in particularly high demand. According to Arburg, Polish customers were able to see for themselves in initial workshops how quickly and easily the machines can be set up, operated and maintained and how reliably, energy-efficiently and cost-effectively they can be used for production.

Arburg Poland is also well positioned in the field of automation and turnkey solutions. Together with the company headquarters in Lossburg, the national subsidiary develops complex systems for the Polish market.

Despite global crises and economically challenging conditions, Arburg considers the Polish market to be comparatively resilient. Thanks to its central location, good infrastructure and high level of technology, the country is developing dynamically and is also becoming increasingly attractive for international customers.

"I see great potential for our Allrounder trend, but also in the medical and packaging industries, where our high-end machines and automation are particularly in demand. And we also have a lot to offer in terms of digitalization."
