Auvesy and MDT join forces
In future, the company will offer software solutions for industrial automation under the new name Auvesy-MDT.
Hg invested in Auvesy and MDT Software at the beginning of 2021 and then initiated the merger in view of the two companies' complementary software solutions. Auvesy-MDT now has one brand and a joint product roadmap for the future. A total of 2,500 manufacturers from over 50 countries are served worldwide.
Dr. Tim Weckerle, CEO of Auvesy-MDT, said: "Today's announcement represents the best of both worlds for our employees, our customers and our future. We have chosen a name that stays true to the trust and foundation that both companies have worked hard to build over the past decades.
