SEW-Eurodrive at the LogiMat
Scalable solutions for intralogistics
SEW-Eurodrive will be showcasing a wide range of scalable solutions for intralogistics at Logimat from March 24 to 26, 2026. The focus will be on new drive units, modular automation modules and mobile robotics. These solutions optimize the material flow and offer users greater energy efficiency, simple integration and maximum system availability.
With Movione, SEW-Eurodrive presents a compact drive unit for roller, belt and chain conveyors. The solution can be used as a compact drive unit or as a decentralized inverter in combination with highly efficient IE3 or IE5 motors. It is suitable for both new systems and retrofit projects. As part of the Movi-C modular automation system, Movione speeds up project planning, commissioning, control and diagnostics, ensures high operational reliability and reduces energy and operating costs.
SEW-Eurodrive has added the 48 V ECR A4M series to its ECDriveS system for light-load conveyor technology. It enables higher dynamics and reduced currents from the power supply unit. The drive system is also ideal for mobile platforms. The 24 V ECR I variant is plug-compatible and offers additional control options via fieldbus, ASi or binary signals. Modular motor-gearbox combinations and digital interfaces improve transparency and efficiency and enable condition monitoring.
SEW-Eurodrive's Power and Energy Solutions are intelligent energy management modules. They reduce power peaks, make regenerative energy usable and reliably protect systems in the event of grid fluctuations. These solutions are fully integrated into Movi C and reduce both energy and connection costs.
Another highlight is the new modular AMR platform for the autonomous transportation of pallets, containers and numerous other loads weighing up to 1600 kg. The vehicles support contactless loading, laser navigation and communication in accordance with the VDA 50 standard. Open interfaces facilitate system integration, while the "Platform2Go" concept significantly shortens commissioning and delivery times.
For rail-guided systems, SEW-Eurodrive presents the EHB modular automation solution with ASi-5. The solution enables fast communication cycles over distances of up to 2 × 200 m with up to 40 mobile participants. The Movi-C controller type UHX25A and the Movikit RailGuidedSystems software module enable efficient control. The modular architecture is equally suitable for use in new-build and retrofit systems in numerous industries.
