Technical cleanliness is an important quality feature. Particularly with regard to electromobility, the relationship between technical cleanliness and tightness plays a decisive role in the reliable functioning of the connection.
Arnold Umformtechnik examines the fundamentals for ensuring tightness and cleanliness, specifies applications and analyzes factors influencing the system. The company has a wide range of equipment available for leak and technical cleanliness tests, for example leak test benches that use test gas and water. An extraction cabinet is available for cleanliness analysis.
The topic of clean & tight plays an important role for many fasteners, for example in applications such as end or connection assemblies and in the electronics industry. The aim of the tests at Arnold is to ensure a reliable assessment of the tightness of the fasteners in relation to customer applications.
