Roemheld has equipped its modular hydraulic power packs for single and double-acting hydraulic clamping devices with a specially developed condition monitoring system.
Roemheld has developed a condition monitoring system for its modular hydraulic power packs that analyzes the condition of the power pack based on continuously collected measurement data.
Maintenance and servicing measures can thus be planned, unexpected repair failures can be avoided as far as possible and machine downtimes can be reduced. Sensors measure the operating pressure, temperature, fill level and degree of contamination of the oil. The data is forwarded to the PLC and evaluated there in real time. The information can also be transmitted to the machine tool control system and processed there.
