The international economy is facing profound change. Global trade relations, political alliances and technological dependencies are increasingly being overlaid by geopolitical interests. As an export-oriented company, Stöber Antriebstechnik is systematically driving forward the international diversification of its business against this backdrop - with the aim of strengthening the company's resilience and securing stable sales in the long term.

"Business decisions today are increasingly driven by political motives," says Markus Graf, Chief Sales Officer at Stöber. "That's why technological strength alone is no longer enough. Companies need a solid foundation - and we create this with a strategic focus on the three major economic areas: the USA, Europe and East Asia."

The triad continues to form the backbone of global industry. At the same time, however, it also stands for different framework conditions, growing vested interests and potential system conflicts. Stöber therefore relies on a stable sales model based on regional strength and global balance.

The drive specialist is systematically expanding its locations, customer relationships and partnerships in the three regions of the world. Europe remains the basis. North America and East Asia are gaining in strategic importance. The focus is on regional proximity, rapid response to market requirements and a deep understanding of cultural differences. The aim is not to see the parts of the triad as opposites, but as three equally important pillars of a reliable international business model.

Stöber's international orientation is based on the people in the company at all locations. Their technical expertise, commitment and intercultural experience ensure the success of our global cooperation. Shared values enable solution orientation, customer proximity, technical quality and partnership-based working and thus characterize our dealings with customers and partners worldwide.

"We don't want to think in blocks, but in relationships," says Markus Graf. "Our products and solutions work across borders - just like our values. Our employees live them every day." With this strategy, Stöber is underlining its claim to remain reliable even in a volatile global environment - for customers, partners and employees worldwide.
