Wireless inductive sensors

Andreas Mühlbauer,

For flush and non-flush installation

At the SPS, Steute Controltec is presenting the revised RF IS FL series of wireless inductive sensors. These feature digital auto-calibration, which enables flush mounting and automatically adjusts the switching point to changing ambient conditions.

This significantly expands the range of applications, for example in machine tools, assembly and handling technology or in tool and mold making. At the same time, energy consumption has been reduced by up to 80%, significantly extending the battery life of the wireless modules. The new generation of sensors thus offers a combination of flexibility, energy efficiency and reliability. In addition to the sensors, Steute is presenting two new wireless foot switch series: The RF GF series with a specially developed Bluetooth LE radio system, up to 45 m range and long battery life, and the RF GFS 2 XL for heavy-duty use in machine and plant construction - with a large protective cover, integrated antenna and convenient operation, even with safety shoes.
