Probes, multimeters and oscilloscopes

Tektronix will showcase a wide range of test and measurement products. Hands-on demonstrations will show how the products can solve test and measurement challenges. The new probes for power electronics, TPR1000 and TPR4000, achieve 1 mV accuracy and minimize interference on the supply lines. This enables low-noise measurements with up to 60 V offset.

Also new, the Series 6 mixed-signal oscilloscope is based on the TEK061 low-noise front-end oscilloscope. With a bandwidth of 8 GHz and a sampling rate of 25 GS/s on all four channels, up to four high-speed signals can be analyzed simultaneously. This makes it suitable for work on fast embedded systems.

Furthermore, the 6½-digit benchtop/system digital multimeter DMM6500 and the data acquisition and logging multimeter system DAQ6510 combine a touchscreen interface with zoom function with clear display as well as a display function of various measuring functions, large measuring ranges, multi-channel measurements and high accuracy.
