Modular four-axle vehicles

Stäubli has introduced the new TS2 Scara series. The four-axis models now have a modular design and feature JCS drive technology for the first time, which is the key to the increased performance of the TS2 four-axis models, according to Stäubli.

Thanks to hollow shaft technology, external cables are a thing of the past, and the new Scaras are also more compact and require less space. The robot family consists of four members: TS2-40, TS2-60, TS2-80 and TS2-100. With the latter, Stäubli is expanding the previous series, which covered reaches of 400 to 800 millimeters, to include a large four-axis robot with a working radius of 1,000 millimeters. as
