The next EuroBlech, 26th International Technology Fair for Sheet Metal Working, will therefore return to its normal trade fair rhythm and will take place from October 25 to 28, 2022. The organizer made this decision in light of the Covid-19 pandemic and after discussions with exhibitors and partners. Uncertainties surrounding travel restrictions were also a decisive factor.

Nicola Hamann, Managing Director of Mack-Brooks Exhibitions, says: "After extensive discussions with all participants, we have come to the decision to return to our usual trade fair rhythm and hold the next show on the originally planned date. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the current international developments involving further lockdowns and travel restrictions, we feel that postponing the show is the best decision at this time. This early announcement will allow enough time for the effects of Covid-19 to stabilize worldwide and, when trade fairs can take place again, will ensure that EuroBlech can fully resume its role as the leading trade fair and meeting place for the sheet metal working industry. By making this decision now, we are achieving planning security, EuroBLECH will take place in its familiar trade fair cycle and will be back strongly in 2022."

"With the recent launch of the EuroBlech Digital Innovation Summit, we have laid the foundations for a hybrid exhibition approach for EuroBLECH, which will allow us to host a series of digital events for the sheet metal working industry in 2021. This means that EuroBLECH as we know it will be back for all participants in 2022. In the meantime, however, as the industry recovers in the coming year, we will offer opportunities for the community to meet, network and do business in a secure online format. It was very evident at EuroBLECH Digital that there is currently a great need in the industry to meet and discover innovations to reignite business," continues Nicola Hamann. Further information on the schedule of digital events will be announced shortly.

In the coming weeks, the EuroBlech team will be communicating intensively with customers and partners and would like to thank all exhibitors, partners, suppliers and visitors for their support in these challenging times.
