New loyalty program at Conrad

With its platform economy, Conrad Electronic enables simple and fast procurement from a single source and acts as a solution provider to make it as smooth as possible for business customers to cover their technical needs.

"You are a solution provider when you succeed in finding answers to your customers' challenges and have their backs," says CEO Ralf Bühler. Accordingly, Conrad has launched a new loyalty program that is unique in its form and scope in the B2B sector.

Why Conrad Pro?

"When we started thinking about Conrad Pro, it wasn't about loyalty points. We realized that many of our most loyal B2B customers were treated like everyone else. They shop with us every week. They rely on our platform. They trust our supply chain. And yet they had the same status as someone who only orders once a year. That didn't feel right," explains Ralf Bühler. Ordering faster, relying on delivery, getting support if something goes wrong and reducing the complexity of procurement processes. That's what matters in the B2B sector. This is precisely where Conrad Pro provides support - and is therefore primarily aimed at SMEs: "Major customers already have individual contracts with Conrad and their own support structures. Our new loyalty program is therefore aimed at companies that regularly buy from us in the store but have not previously enjoyed special benefits."

What is Conrad Pro?

The new Conrad Pro program covers the entire Conrad product range. It includes a package of benefits and services to make the purchasing processes of SMEs in particular even more efficient and smarter - whether in terms of liquidity or with regard to special conditions and warranty services. Purchasing managers who opt for Conrad Pro no longer have to think about delivery costs, extended return policies and warranty options or spend time searching for promotions and discounts.

Anyone who opts for a Conrad Pro membership is part of an exclusive Pro Community. They benefit from free shipping on every order, predictable costs thanks to a 30-day price guarantee, a 30-day returns policy, an extended payment term of 30 days and a 36-month warranty on all items. Pro members also get access to exclusive price advantages and conditions. Whether it's an urgent order or a technical question: Conrad Pros also receive exclusive service contact with a guaranteed response within a maximum of 5 hours via the customer's preferred communication channel.

How does Conrad Pro work?

The annual membership fee of 59 euros includes all services: "The fee for Conrad Pro membership is completely refinanced over the course of the year through discounts and promotions. That is our promise. Additional benefits such as the shipping flat rate or the integrated warranty extension enable further savings," explains Ralf Bühler. By logging into the store, Conrad Pros also receive a clearly structured and up-to-date order history in their customer account, as well as an overview of personal savings, discounts used and warranty extensions.
