Enhanced performance
Stäubli presents an extended complete program of highly dynamic four- and six-axis machines, including the newly developed TS2-Scara series. All kinematics are convincing for sorting, filling and packaging under any environmental conditions - from rough to sterile.
The manufacturer believes that it is well positioned in the food and life science sectors and points out that it can offer optimum solutions for all applications with its highly dynamic TS2-Scaras, TX2 six-axis robots and ultra-fast TP80 fast pickers. Whether for filling or packaging in the food and pharmaceutical sector or in the consumer goods sector, whether under standard, cleanroom or aseptic production conditions - thanks to the adaptability of the robots, many applications can be realized. The special robot range includes special versions with additional designations such as HE (splash-proof wash-down design), H1 (filling with food-compatible oil), Cleanroom, Supercleanroom and stericlean (for use in aseptic environments). Stäubli expects the new TSC four-axis machines to generate additional growth. The JCS drive technology developed in-house enables extremely short cycle times and a pioneering hygienic design, which should open up new application possibilities and boost production volumes. The new machines are also available in many special versions. Four types are available: TS2-40, TS2-60, TS2-80 and TS2-100 with a working radius of 1,000 millimetres. pb
