Flexible team: AGVs for production and intralogistics
Until now, driverless transport systems have either been permanently installed in high-bay warehouses or within production. Trapo therefore offers a combination of transport shuttle (TTS system) and warehouse shuttle (TWS system).
As standard, the transport shuttle transports loads of up to 2,000 kilograms within production, with higher loads available on request. The TTS can be flexibly configured according to a modular principle: Sizes, energy transmission and storage as well as drive and navigation can be combined as required. It is also possible to add customer-specific superstructures, such as lifting functions, conveyor systems or robots. A particular advantage: the TTS covers routes within production or incoming goods and creates more usable space by replacing conventional conveyors.
At the high-bay warehouse, one or more warehouse shuttles take over as required. The TWS travels three meters per second at an acceleration of 1.5 meters per square second and completes the cycle of extending, gripping and retracting in a maximum of three seconds.
Power is supplied either by rechargeable batteries or Powercabs, charging preferably on the lifting device or via a charging point in the aisle. The performance can be increased at any time with additional TWS and other easy-to-integrate lifting devices. as
