Clean compressed air directly
With the Ultrapac Smart, Donaldson has developed a modular compressed air treatment system. It offers the prerequisites for digital control and maintenance integration and adaptation to a wide range of installation and mounting conditions. With the cold-regenerating dryer unit, the system provides the required compressed air in accordance with the purity classes as per ISO 8573-1 while continuously regulating the specified pressure dew point.
The dryer cartridges are designed for long-life regeneration. The version with integrated dew point transmitter, which measures directly in the compressed air flow, is particularly energy-saving. Switching between the two cartridges only takes place when the desiccant is completely saturated. No heating energy is required for the regeneration process. The noise level is around 60 dB(A).
