Katja Stolle takes over project management

Electronica, the world's leading trade fair and conference for electronics, has a new project manager. Katja Stolle, who has been working for Messe München for over 13 years, will head up the project team with immediate effect.

With Stolle, an experienced trade fair manager is moving to the top of Electronica. The humanities graduate joined Messe München in 2006. In 2012, she took over the project management of Analytica, the leading international trade fair for laboratory technology, analysis and biotechnology. Over the past six years, Katja Stolle has managed the Laser World of Photonics and the World of Photonics Congress. In this role, she was primarily responsible for the strategic and conceptual development of the world's leading trade fair and congress for photonics components, systems and applications. Katja Stolle reports to Barbara Müller, who continues to be responsible for Messe München's global electronics network as Project Group Manager.

Falk Senger, Managing Director of Messe München, is looking forward to the future collaboration: "I am convinced that Katja Stolle will give electronica new impetus with her many years of experience and expertise. She has proven many times in the past that she can successfully organize large trade fairs. I wish her every success for the tasks ahead."

For Katja Stolle, the new position is both a challenge and motivation: "Electronica is undoubtedly the most important meeting place for the electronics industry worldwide. I am therefore looking forward to working with my team to further develop the event and expand Electronica's leading international role."

The next Electronica will take place in Munich from November 10 to 13, 2020.
