Maintenance of cooling lubricant pumps
The bplogic pump controller expands the range of cooling lubricant pumps from Brinkmann. The device is connected between machine tools, pumps, filter systems and other components and adapts to the system environment independently of the frequency inverters used.
This enables predictive maintenance of cooling lubricant pumps. The device is able to determine the wear condition of pumps and derive service plans and runtime estimates from this. The bplogic monitors all operating data of the connected pumps via long-term logging and includes operating hours counters and current consumption displays. In addition to the basic applications, the controller also regulates the level for return pump stations. It can also monitor and control flaps, valves or other equipment, thus reducing the load on the machine tool.
