Connecting consumers without tools
Additional robots, control cabinets, control panels or other consumers can be easily integrated into the EMC concept of an existing production line using the PAK 25 equipotential bonding terminal from Hebotec.
The clamp enables quick and tool-free connection to the conductor cable, which provides equipotential bonding in industrial applications with high electromagnetic loads and prevents EMC interference.
Conductor cables play a central role in EMC concepts for systems or entire production lines, as they provide equipotential bonding and protect sensitive control systems from EMC interference. Whether in the automotive industry, the chemical industry, in mechanical and plant engineering, in building technology or in data centers - wherever EMC protection is required, the PAK 25 offers a reliable solution for connecting any components to the conductor cable. Once screwed to the cable tray or duct, the cable can simply be clamped into the PAK 25. The protective conductor of the consumer to be connected - such as electrical equipment, automation components, industrial electronics or control technology - can also be attached to the connection point without tools. The terminal consists of three stamped and bent parts and works according to the principle of spring-loaded clamping technology; previously approved solutions available on the market for fastening conductor cables and consumer protective conductors, on the other hand, work with screw connections.
