Application phase extended

Whether it's groundbreaking technology, impressive market success or simply a product that moves the industry: show us what makes your product or project special! This year, we are once again inviting companies, institutions and individuals to take part in the Product of the Year competition. The competition offers an outstanding platform to spotlight innovations and excellent achievements in various areas of the industry.

The application phase began on August 1, 2025. This year, there are six categories (see below), and the editorial team is also awarding a special prize for artificial intelligence. Your own suggestions are also expressly permitted and will not be judged negatively. On the contrary, we look forward to receiving exciting submissions. We are looking for products and projects that you think are either technically unique, have a market success that speaks for an award or have a particular impact on the industry. Projects can also be awarded. Companies and readers can submit products and projects until November 11, 2025. The editorial team will then nominate the most innovative and interesting proposals for the readers' choice in a pre-selection process. All nominees will then be presented in the last issue of the year, which will be published on December 10.

The big reader poll at www.industrial-production.de kicks off on December 1, 2025. The winners of the Products of the Year competition will be determined by reader voting. All entries submitted will of course not only be presented in the magazines, but also in detail on our website, where our readers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites. The readers' votes ultimately decide which products are awarded Product of the Year in the various categories.

At the beginning of next year, the secret will be revealed, the winners will be announced and will once again receive their awards.
