Christoph Ruhnke is responsible for BS business in DACH
Christoph Ruhnke is the new Manager Business Systems at Epson. He has overall responsibility for the marketing and sales of Epson PoS solutions for the DACH region.
He has headed the DACH region of Epson Deutschland GmbH since February 2019. Ruhnke is the successor to Ivan Tanev, who has now taken on a Europe-wide sales role. The 46-year-old previously held various positions in the hotel industry. He then gained 20 years of experience in various national and international roles in the PoS software and hardware sector.
Most recently, he was Sales Manager Germany at Oracle Hospitality, where he was responsible for the individual hotel segment. His goals in his new position are to strengthen the dealer network, expand market share, primarily in the ColorWorks label printer segment, and further expand the use of Epson mPoS technologies.
