Körber Business Area Supply Chain: Edward Auriemma becomes CEO of the Software Division

Edward Auriemma will become the new CEO for the software business of the Körber Business Area Supply Chain, a joint venture with KKR, effective July 8, 2024. He brings extensive industry experience in technology and supply chain to the software business, as well as a wealth of successfully implemented growth strategies and operational excellence initiatives.

Prior to joining Körber, he was Chief Operating Officer of Blue Yonder, a provider of supply chain software solutions with over 6,000 employees. In his role, he was instrumental in the strategic direction of the company, the introduction of a new market strategy and the global scaling of the business. His contributions were instrumental in increasing Blue Yonder's global market presence and significantly improving the company's market positioning and financial strength.

Previously, Auriemma was Chief Operations Officer at Alight Solutions, where he was responsible for the operational and commercial preparation for a successful IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ALIT), strengthening its market position as a leading provider of integrated digital workforce and enterprise solutions.
