Express production of drawing parts
The supplier of fastening technology, mbo Osswald, has further expanded its online portal and supports customized services. Users now have the option of ordering drawing parts via express production once they have been delivered.
Drawing parts produced individually for the respective customer can be calculated and ordered online according to the desired quantity. If fast delivery is required, express production can be triggered. Documents such as order confirmations, delivery bills, invoices and quotations can be displayed at any time and can be downloaded and saved. A reach certificate can be issued for all delivered parts via the portal. Order tracking offers seamless order tracking in real time for all items. The individual steps are clearly mapped right from the raw material planning stage. A possible cancellation period is also displayed. Users receive price transparency even for large quantities and benefit from existing customer-specific prices. Delivery times and stock levels are displayed. The option of express production for individual drawing parts also offers advantages in the area of contract manufacturing. Extended quantity bands are available to customer portal users for all configurators, providing transparency and the ability to act even for larger quantities. Users can create quotations themselves and order items from them at a later date.
