The recyclable sleeve packaging is designed to enable the sleeve to be separated from the container in order to return the main component of the packaging to the cycle and separate the materials according to their material flows. The material was designed in such a way that it can be separated mechanically, by sensor technology using the different types of plastic or, due to its density <1, in a further step using the float-sink process. This sleeve material is therefore suitable for almost all applications in which the sleeve has to be separated from the container during recycling.
