Promotes labeling optimization
A very fast one
TSC is pushing ahead with labelling optimization and is presenting the PEX-1000 print module - both as a left-hand version and a right-hand version. The module combines a precise, robust printing unit with the latest high-performance electronics and sensor technology to print labels at a speed of up to 457.2 millimetres per second and apply them in a controlled manner.
TSC offers a total of six different models for direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. Thanks to the high positioning accuracy, miniature labels with a height of up to five millimetres can also be produced. All models offer impressive memory capacities of 512 MB Flash and 512 MB SDRAM. Application control in the marking process is handled by the TSPL-EZD firmware; it supports "out-of-the-box" compatibility with ZPL and DPL command languages, which are used in various printing and application solutions. In addition, the TSPL programming language can be used to ingest extensive data flows from a wide variety of data sources, retrieve the required data fields and integrate them into label printing. The integrated high-performance peeler can process a wide range of label widths between 114 and 20 millimetres in miniature format. The EX-1000 series is suitable for production and logistics applications. pb
