A wide range of clamps
As a system partner for stainless steel pipe fittings, Schwer Fittings supplies pipes and the matching fittings. In line with the slogan "Focus in details", the range of pipe clamps has been significantly extended and expanded. The scope ranges from block pipe clamps in accordance with DIN 3015 to classic pipe clamps with and without sound insulation.
Clamps to DIN 3015 always consist of two clamp halves and are available in the standard metric and imperial outer diameters of the corresponding pipes. The clamp bodies are made of polyamide or polypropylene. Individual RAL colors can be implemented in the polypropylene plastic. For extreme conditions, the clamping jaws are also available from stock in aluminum.
Fastening clamps to DIN 72573 are available with one-sided or two-sided fastening. Tubular steel clamps to DIN 3570 Form A and Form B can be mounted on a plastic pipe support (long and short version) or a lug for welding. Pipe clamps to DIN 3567 Form A and Form B, retaining clamps to DIN 3016 (with and without rubber inserts) and hinge pin clamps to DIN 3017 are also included in the portfolio.
The two-part pipe clamp with M8 or M10 threaded connection is available with or without sound insulation insert, complete with two clamping screws. The clamping range here extends from 12 to 115 mm. cs
