Unmanned loading and unloading of machine tools
At Automatica, the Hoffmann Group will be demonstrating how automated loading and unloading of machine tools can be achieved cost-effectively without a machine interface.
The Garant Automation Basic Plus loading system, which enables unmanned loading and unloading of machine tools without an automation interface or complex programming, will be at the center of the trade fair presentation. The system can stack and unstack parts, place them next to the machine and even turn them over. It also handles Garant-Xtric vises.
Deburring and polishing
Hoffmann will also be exhibiting the GMT35 vibratory finishing machine. Manufacturing companies can use it to deburr and polish small and medium-sized series with batch sizes of less than 500 units at low cost. There will also be electrically height-adjustable and mobile workbenches from the Garant GridLine equipment series and the Garant Tool24 PickOne automatic tool dispenser.
