Jochen Heier leaves Lenze

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lenze SE is resigning from the Executive Board by mutual agreement with effect from April 30.

Lenze CEO Christian Wendler is also temporarily taking over the position of COO at the automation specialist. © Lenze

Dr. Michael Paul, Chairman of the Supervisory and Family Board, and Christian Wendler, Chairman of the Executive Board, thanked Heier for his work.

Christian Wendler, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Lenze SE since April 2013, will take over the role of COO on a transitional basis with immediate effect. The Executive Board will continue to consist of Frank Maier as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Dr. Achim Degner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). dsc
