Employees today have different priorities than previous generations before them. Buzzwords such as agility, dynamism, self-realization and work-life balance are much more relevant than they used to be. This was an incentive for SPI GmbH from Ahrensburg to take part in the "Future-proof corporate culture" audit, which the IT systems consultant has now completed.
